## What We Are Looking For

* Professional Background: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in marketing, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in the manufacturing or heavy industry sectors.
* Communication & Networking: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, backed by an established professional network within the manufacturing industry.
* Age Requirement: Between 30 and 45 years old.
* Valid Licensing: Must possess both a valid Indonesian driving license for cars (SIM A) and motorcycles (SIM C).
* Strategic Execution: Demonstrated ability to formulate, implement, and optimize effective marketing strategies to capture market share.
* Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (both written and verbal). Proficiency in Japanese is considered a strong optional advantage.
