1. Production Operator
As a Production Operator, you will be the backbone of our manufacturing process, ensuring that our high-quality snacks are produced efficiently and safely.
* Operate production machinery in accordance with company protocols.
* Monitor production cycles to ensure consistent output quality.
* Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of machinery and the surrounding workspace.
* Strictly adhere to all health and safety regulations (K3).
* Minimum education of SMA/SMK (all majors).
* Ability to work flexible shifts in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
* Strong sense of integrity and high attention to detail.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
* Previous experience in the food or manufacturing industry is highly advantageous.
* Must be available for an in-person interview in Citeureup, West Java.
2. Packing Operator
The Packing Operator role is vital for maintaining the presentation and safety of our finished goods before they reach international markets.
* Manage packing machinery for our diverse range of chips and crackers.
* Verify that packaging meets rigorous standards for labeling, weight, and sealing.
* Perform final quality checks to ensure every product is in prime condition.
* Maintain the hygiene and organization of the packing station.
* Assist in basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of packing equipment.

* Must have prior professional experience in product packaging.
* Ability to work in shifts and adapt to changing operational demands.
* Honest, meticulous, and capable of working effectively within a team.
