## Overview of the Fresh Graduate Program

Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be integrated into specialized teams and will be responsible for the following core functions:
* Operational and Project Support: Assisting departments with day-to-day execution, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and facilitating business workflows.
* Administrative Excellence: Overseeing departmental documentation, maintaining accurate records, preparing professional reports, and managing routine administrative tasks.
* Process Improvement: Analyzing existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to identify inefficiencies and proposing actionable, innovative solutions to streamline operations.
* Global Collaboration: Engaging with multinational teams to facilitate seamless communication, draft project reports, and support high-level corporate initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria
* Educational Background: Recent graduates holding a Bachelor’s (S1) or Master’s (S2) degree from an accredited institution. Preferred fields of study include Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, IT, Law, or other closely related disciplines.
* Geographic Mobility: Candidates must be prepared to work in our offices located in either Jakarta or Subang, West Java.
* Professional Competencies: Demonstrated ability in analytical thinking, a strong capacity for rapid learning, and a proactive approach to overcoming complex professional challenges.
* Linguistic Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are required. Proficiency in Mandarin is considered a significant competitive advantage.
