## Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
The Legal Assistant position is pivotal in safeguarding the organization’s legal integrity and ensuring rigorous corporate compliance. Selected candidates will directly manage complex legal frameworks and steer critical corporate transactions.
* Corporate Legal Management: Draft, review, and negotiate intricate business agreements and commercial contracts.
* Strategic Legal Counsel: Formulate comprehensive legal opinions to support high-level executive decision-making.
* Corporate Actions Support: Oversee major structural milestones, including mergers, roll-ups, divestments, share transfers, joint operational schemes (KSO), and asset partnerships.
* Regulatory Harmonization: Develop, update, and align internal corporate regulations with prevailing national laws and State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) guidelines.
* Compliance and Risk Monitoring: Identify regulatory risks and ensure operational alignment with statutory mandates.
* Good Corporate Governance (GCG): Drive the implementation of GCG frameworks, ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management Systems, gratification controls, conflict of interest management, integrity pacts, and mandatory state officials' wealth reporting (LHKPN).

* Nationality: Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
* Academic Achievement (State Universities - PTN): Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
