We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HRGA Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities
As the HRGA Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing a broad spectrum of HR and General Affairs functions, including:
* Strategic Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from identifying talent needs to successful onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier professionals.
* Global Performance Optimization: Develop and implement performance management frameworks that foster employee growth, accountability, and align individual goals with organizational objectives.
* Holistic HR & General Affairs Administration: Efficiently manage all administrative aspects of HR and GA, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
* Compensation, Benefits & Regulatory Compliance: Administer competitive compensation and benefits programs, including PPH21 calculations and other local regulatory requirements, to ensure fairness and compliance.
* Policy Development & Legal Adherence: Formulate, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with labor laws and best practices.
* Cultivating Positive Employee Relations: Act as a mediator and advocate, fostering a supportive and engaging work environment that promotes strong employee relations and conflict resolution.
* Company Assets Management: Oversee the effective management and maintenance of company assets, ensuring optimal utilization and security.
Essential Qualifications and Attributes
To excel in this role, candidates must demonstrate a robust blend of academic achievement, professional experience, and vital soft skills:
* Educational Foundation: Possess at least a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, or a closely related field.
* Extensive Experience: A minimum of 7 years of progressive working experience, specifically in an HR Department Head or equivalent senior HR leadership position.
* Core Competencies: Exhibit exceptional communication, persuasive leadership, strong influencing capabilities, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
* Analytical & Problem-Solving Prowess: Demonstrate superior analytical thinking, effective problem-solving abilities, and sound decision-making skills.
* Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is a mandatory requirement for effective global communication within our organization.
* Industry Advantage (Highly Desirable): Prior experience within a Korean corporate environment or the IT industry will be considered a significant asset.
* Work Location: The successful candidate must be willing to work at our office in Pasar Rebo, East Jakarta.
