## Key Responsibilities for Admin Operation
As an Admin Operation professional, you will play a vital backbone role in ensuring seamless vessel operations. Your daily focus will involve managing logistical administration, processing maintenance requests, and coordinating essential spare parts procurement to keep our fleet moving safely and efficiently.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure a smooth transition into our fast-paced operational hub, applicants should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma III (D3) degree from a reputable institution.
* Work Experience: At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience (fresh graduates with solid internship backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply).
* Industry Advantage: Prior experience or familiarity within the maritime logistics or shipping industry will be considered a significant advantage.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
