## Candidate Qualifications

* Gender: Male.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or other relevant engineering disciplines.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in their respective fields. Previous experience in a power plant environment is highly preferred and will be considered a significant advantage.
* Communication Skills: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required to facilitate technical reporting and team collaboration.
* Soft Skills: Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and a strong sense of responsibility toward operational safety and efficiency.
