1. Purchasing Specialist
The Purchasing Specialist oversees end-to-end procurement processes, ensuring high-efficiency sourcing, vendor negotiation, and seamless international supply chain handling.
* Work Location: Driyorejo, Gresik
* Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Proven experience in import and export operations.
* Comprehensive mastery of end-to-end procurement and purchasing workflows.
* Practical experience dealing with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs clearance procedures (EMKL).
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel for data analysis, costing, and reporting.
* Strong command of both written and spoken English.
2. Personnel / HR Staff
The Personnel Staff member will manage employee administration, attendance tracking, and workforce documentation within a large-scale manufacturing environment.
* Work Location: Driyorejo, Gresik
* Job Responsibilities:
* Generate accurate monthly employee attendance and absenteeism reports.
* Track and document organizational movements, including promotions, demotions, and internal transfers.
* Maintain comprehensive records for shift schedules, overtime allowances, and employee onboarding/offboarding metrics.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology / Computer Science (Informatics) required.
* Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as an HR or Payroll Staff member in a large enterprise setting (1,000+ employees).
