Key Responsibilities and Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates must demonstrate a strong aptitude for field sales and relationship management. Applicants are expected to meet the following professional criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA) or equivalent.
* Professional Experience: At least one year of experience in marketing or sales. Prior experience within the food and beverage industry will be considered a significant advantage.
* Essential Skills: Exceptional communication and negotiation capabilities, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients.
* Regional Expertise: A comprehensive understanding of the East Pantura market, specifically covering the areas of Pati, Kudus, Jepara, Rembang, and Purwodadi.
* Residency: Must currently reside in the Kudus area or its immediate surrounding vicinity.
* Mobility: Mandatory ownership of a private vehicle and a valid motorcycle driver’s license (SIM C) to facilitate field operations.
