## Job Vacancy Overview: Logistic Staff
Positioned at the heart of supply chain operations, the Logistic Staff role is critical in ensuring seamless domestic and export distribution. Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will manage daily supply chain workflows and coordinate extensively with external partners. Core duties include:
* Schedule Management: Assist in formulating and updating vessel schedules, laycan plans, and delivery timelines for both domestic and international shipments, while collaborating closely with internal teams, shipping agents, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
* Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, verify, and maintain precise shipping documents—including Shipping Instructions and Delivery Orders—alongside comprehensive cargo records and logistics databases.
* Operational Monitoring: Track daily cargo readiness, supervise loading and discharging operations, draft regular logistics and inventory reports, and assist with freight cost evaluations and invoice verifications.
Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following educational and professional criteria:
* Education: Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Logistics & Transportation Engineering, or a related discipline.
* Experience: At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in logistics or supply chain management; exceptional fresh graduates with demonstrable internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
* Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data management, logistics reporting, and maritime shipping documentation.
* Soft Skills & Language: Exceptional coordination and communication abilities; fluency in Mandarin will be considered a distinct advantage.
