## Career Opportunity: Logistics Operations Analyst
Role Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Logistics Operations Analyst to take charge of critical logistics operations within our Finished Goods Distribution Center. Based in Surabaya, this pivotal role will oversee a robust team of 6 SCJ employees and 7 contractors, managing a substantial 2,200 pallet position storage facility. Operating without a traditional Warehouse Management System, the successful candidate will be instrumental in driving excellence in warehouse productivity, upholding stringent quality standards, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, with an unwavering commitment to safety.
Key Responsibilities
As a Logistics Operations Analyst, your core duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Operational Oversight:
* Assisting in the supervision of daily domestic deliveries to customers and the efficient transfer of finished goods to Regional Distribution Centers (RDC).
* Ensuring seamless coordination with sales teams, customer fulfillment, manufacturing, and supply planning to achieve monthly sales targets through flawless execution.
* Performance Analysis & Improvement:
* Conducting in-depth performance analysis of warehouse operations, focusing on both cost and productivity metrics.
* Providing comprehensive root cause analysis for operational discrepancies and developing effective corrective and preventive actions.
* Actively participating in cost management as a co-owner and spearheading cost-saving initiatives.
* Driving continuous improvement across warehouse processes and workflows.
* Compliance & Safety:
* Ensuring strict adherence to Transportation Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) regulations, quality standards, and all regulatory compliance requirements.
* Fostering strong cross-functional collaboration to maintain operational integrity.
* Warehouse Process Management:
* Managing key warehouse processes, including periodic cycle counting, slow-moving inventory management, throughput productivity, and efficient finished goods movement within SAP.
* Team & Supplier Engagement:
* Facilitating the capability development of the warehouse operations team.
* Cultivating strong relationships with suppliers.
* Mentoring and developing direct reports and subordinates, enhancing their leadership skills in alignment with regional capability development programs.
Required Qualifications & Experience
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
* A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any other related, relevant field.
* A minimum of two (2) years of proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics operations.
