## 1. SDP – Operational Management
The Operational track focuses on the pulse of the business. Successful candidates will ensure that every branch functions at peak performance, from the main retail floor and warehouse operations to Outlet Mitra Indogrosir (OMI) support and member services.
* Overseeing daily store and warehouse activities to maintain operational excellence.
* Ensuring full compliance with company regulations, internal policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Managing member relations to ensure high service standards.
* Minimum D4/S1 degree in any major.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Strong collaborative skills and a team-oriented mindset.
* Proven leadership ability and excellent communication skills.
* Available Placements: Sukabumi, Bali, and Gorontalo.
## 2. SDP – Electronic Data Processing (EDP)
This technical role is ideal for those passionate about infrastructure and data integrity. As an EDP Supervisor, you will act as the backbone for the company’s digital operations, ensuring that the technology stack that powers the business remains robust and secure.
* Maintaining and monitoring network, hardware, software, and server health.
* Coordinating with the broader EDP team to manage complex inventory databases.
* Optimizing transaction processing systems to ensure seamless point-of-sale operations.
* Minimum D4/S1 degree in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, or Information Management.
* Technical proficiency in SQL.
* Strong analytical thinking, leadership, and troubleshooting capabilities.
* Available Placements: Bandung, Bali, and Gorontalo.
## 3. SDP – Finance & Accounting

* Preparing comprehensive financial reports and maintaining accurate journal entries.
* Performing complex reconciliations and conducting in-depth financial analysis.
* Applying foundational accounting principles to support business decisions.
* Minimum D4/S1 degree in Accounting or Taxation.
* Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office, with a heavy emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
* Possession of a Brevet certificate (A/B) is required.
