As an HRGA Generalist, you will serve as the backbone of our administrative and human capital operations. This role is designed for a proactive individual who can seamlessly coordinate general human resources activities while maintaining an optimal environment for our team.
* Facility & Asset Management: Oversight of office utilities, supplies, and cleanliness, ensuring all company assets—including vehicles and equipment—are properly inventoried.
* Regulatory Compliance: Managing essential documentation, permits, and licenses required for smooth business operations.
* Employee Relations: Acting as a bridge between the company and its employees by handling grievances, disciplinary procedures, and monitoring labor trends to foster a positive workplace culture.
