## Production Management Trainee Program
We are looking for motivated candidates to join our production departments, focusing on operational excellence and technical innovation.

Academic Background Requirements
Candidates should hold a degree (D3 – S1) in:
* Mechanical, Industrial, Automotive, or Manufacturing Engineering
* Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
* Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or Chemistry Education
Core Qualifications
* Male, minimum 21 years of age.
* Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
* Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
* Proven proficiency in analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and leadership.
* Deep commitment to discipline, integrity, and teamwork.
* Physical and mental health, including normal color vision.
* Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 is a distinct advantage.

* Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial), IT, or Computer Science
* Language Majors (Mandarin, Japanese, or related Literature/Education fields)
Core Qualifications
* Male or Female, minimum 21 years of age.
* Minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is essential.
* Demonstrated interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to professional development.
## Preferred Additional Qualifications
To stand out during the selection process, candidates possessing the following will be prioritized:
1. Professional Certifications: Relevant BNSP, Ministry of Manpower, or technical certifications (CAD/AutoCAD, Welding Inspector, Electrical K3, Quality Control, or Customs/Kepabeanan).
