## Candidate Qualifications
To ensure the success of our projects, candidates must meet the specific criteria outlined below:
General Requirements (For All Positions)
* Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in the chosen field.
* Willingness to be stationed at our project site in Mangkupadi, North Kalimantan.
Position-Specific Requirements
* For Operator Roles (1 & 2): Candidates must hold a valid SIO (Operator License) and a SIM B2 Umum (Heavy Vehicle Driver’s License). Minimum educational attainment is high school (SMA) level.
* For Admin Warehouse (3): Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) and possess proven experience in inventory control management. Preference will be given to candidates currently residing in North Kalimantan (Kaltara).
