We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced GMP Coordinator to join our dedicated team. This pivotal role is essential in upholding our commitment to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance within our manufacturing operations.
Position Overview
The GMP Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines, enhancing our production processes, and maintaining our stringent quality benchmarks. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong background in manufacturing and a deep understanding of quality assurance systems.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess a comprehensive skill set and relevant experience:
* Education: Minimum Diploma III (D3) in Engineering.
* Experience:
* At least 3 years of progressive experience in a similar GMP Coordinator or related quality assurance position.
* Proven experience within the manufacturing industry, preferably in plastics or packaging production.
* Essential Skills:
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong command and practical experience with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) principles and implementation.
* Familiarity with the Halal Assurance System (SJH).
* Knowledge and practical understanding of ISO standards.
* Thorough understanding of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations.
* Operational knowledge of production machinery, specifically plastic production equipment.
* Preferred Background: Preference will be given to candidates with prior Coordinator or Team Leader experience within Manufacturing/Production Operations or an equivalent supervisory role.
* Work Flexibility: Willingness to work both in shift-based or non-shift schedules as operational needs dictate.
* Location Preference: Candidates currently residing in the Sidoarjo area are highly preferred.
