Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants should meet the following professional criteria:
* Education: Hold a minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Administration, or a closely related field.
* Experience: A minimum of one year of professional experience in cashiering, financial administration, or billing processes is preferred; however, high-achieving fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced competency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically with a strong command of Excel formulas for data management.
* Skill Set: Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to maintain a highly organized workspace.
* Industry Advantage: Prior experience within an FMCG or high-scale distribution environment will be considered a significant asset.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the daily financial workflow of the company, with core duties including:
1. Cash Management: Overseeing daily cash collections, bank deposits, and the systematic management of petty cash.
2. Documentation Processing: Handling the accurate processing of invoices, billing documentation, Sales Orders (SO), Purchase Orders (PO), and related financial records.
3. Data Integrity: Performing precise data entry and generating comprehensive administrative reports.
4. Administrative Maintenance: Ensuring all financial records and invoice logs are updated, audited, and filed in accordance with company policy.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinating effectively with the Sales, Warehouse, and Finance departments to ensure seamless operational alignment.
