## Role Overview: Admin Warehouse

Core Responsibilities
* Goods Receiving & Verification: Oversee the incoming product receipt process, rigorously verifying that physical deliveries match official documentation and quality standards.
* Strategic Storage Management: Arrange and store products systematically, strictly adhering to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) principles.
* Inventory Control: Monitor inventory accuracy and uphold optimal storage conditions to prevent product damage or loss.
* Data Logging: Maintain meticulous records of all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring zero discrepancies between physical stock counts and administrative databases.
* Periodic Audits: Lead regular stock opname activities to reconcile inventory data accurately.
* Reporting: Compile and present comprehensive warehouse operational reports to management on a regular basis.
## Candidate Qualifications

* Age: Maximum 35 years old.

* Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of standard warehouse operations and inventory management methodologies (FIFO/FEFO).
