## Job Responsibilities
As a Utility Operator at PT. Hyun Jin Indonesia, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless daily factory operations. Your primary duties will encompass the following key areas:
* Facility Management: Operate, monitor, and maintain essential utility infrastructure, including air conditioning systems, industrial compressors, chillers, and water treatment systems.
* Operational Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date daily operational records to track facility performance.
* Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and execute preventive maintenance schedules to maximize equipment efficiency and drastically reduce unexpected downtime.
* Troubleshooting: Rapidly identify and resolve operational issues as they arise.
* Safety and Compliance: Strictly adhere to the company’s internal safety policies, standard operating procedures, and environmental standards during all work activities.
* Reporting: Prepare and submit comprehensive daily operational reports to management.
## Candidate Requirements
To thrive in this dynamic production support role, applicants must meet the following professional and educational criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) or Diploma (D3) degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant technical fields.
* Work Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience working as a Utility Operator. Previous background in a manufacturing company is strongly preferred.
* Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of industrial compressors, chillers, and general utility systems that support large-scale production.
* Safety Awareness: Possess a foundational understanding of K3 (Occupational Health and Safety) regulations and practices.
* Flexibility: Willingness and readiness to work within a structured shift system.
