We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site / Project Manager to lead our water treatment projects based in Batam. Candidate Qualifications
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in a Site Manager or Project Manager role.
* Technical Expertise: Proven track record in the successful delivery of Water Treatment Plant (WTP) projects.
* Communication: Fluency in both written and spoken English is required.
* Technical Proficiency: Ability to accurately read and interpret complex engineering and technical drawings.
* Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership capabilities and demonstrated team management expertise.
Key Responsibilities
* Full-Cycle Project Management: Lead projects from the initial planning phase through to final commissioning and completion.
* Documentation & Compliance: Manage all project-related documentation to ensure strict adherence to technical and legal requirements.
* Budgeting: Prepare and exercise rigorous control over project budgets and cost management strategies.
* Scheduling: Develop, monitor, and adjust project timelines to ensure milestones are met on schedule.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and our internal engineering teams.
* Reporting & Handover: Oversee progress reporting, generate status updates, and manage comprehensive handover documentation, including performance certificates and final close-out reports.
* Standards Enforcement: Maintain unwavering commitment to project quality, environmental safety, and operational performance standards.
