## General Requirements for All Positions

* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1).
* Experience: A minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience within the mining industry or a similar capacity.
* Technical Literacy: Proficiency in computer operations and relevant industry-standard software.
* Professional Certification: Possession of a POP certification for Group Leader to Section Head levels, and POM certification for Department Head positions.
* Commitment: Willingness to undergo the full recruitment process and travel to various operational sites as required.
