## The Fresh Graduate Development Program (FGDP)
Our FGDP is an immersive career accelerator designed for high-potential individuals ready to transition from academia to professional excellence. Based in our Bandung office, this three-month program bridges the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world industrial application.
Who Should Apply?
We are looking for motivated recent graduates who possess a drive for continuous learning. Ideal candidates for the Automation and IIoT Engineer track should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A degree in Control Systems, Physics Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
* Professional Status: Recent graduates with zero to one year of work experience.
* Core Competencies: A profound passion for IIoT technologies and a robust academic record.
* Communication: Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, to ensure seamless collaboration with our international team.
* Physical Readiness: The ability to perform duties that may involve on-site fieldwork or physical tasks within an industrial environment.
* Commitment: A willingness to be stationed at our Bandung office for the duration of the program.
