## General Qualifications and Requirements

* Professional Experience: A minimum of four years of relevant experience in the coal mining industry within a similar capacity.
* Education: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) or equivalent qualification is mandatory.
* Age Limit: Applicants must be no older than 45 years of age.
* Mandatory Certifications:
* Candidates for positions 1–4 must possess a POM certification.
* Candidates for positions 5–10 must possess a POP certification.
* Core Competencies: Proven leadership, exceptional communication skills, and strong management capabilities are essential.
* Compliance: Candidates must have received a booster vaccination and be willing to undergo a comprehensive selection process, including document verification, interviews, and a Medical Check-Up (MCU).
