## On Job Training (OJT) Program Overview
GPE is currently seeking motivated individuals to join our prestigious On Job Training (OJT) program based at our Head Office in Samarinda. This initiative is tailored to bridge the gap between academic theory and real-world corporate execution.
Key Responsibilities
As an OJT participant, you will gain exposure to core business operations and enterprise technology. Your day-to-day duties will include:
* Participating actively in structured OJT modules at the PT Graha Prima Energy Head Office.
* Supporting the seamless implementation and management of corporate Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
* Performing foundational data analysis using advanced Microsoft Excel techniques.
* Partnering with diverse project teams to support operational workflows and ongoing system development.
* Assisting with essential administrative and Information Technology tasks as directed by company leadership.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure our trainees thrive in a fast-paced environment, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Age: Maximum 25 years old (Male or Female).
* Education: Fresh graduates holding a D4 or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, or Information Management.
* Technical Knowledge:
* A solid grasp of fundamental ERP concepts.
* Familiarity with at least one ERP platform (such as Odoo or equivalent systems).
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for preliminary data analytics.
* Basic understanding of programming or scripting languages.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, excellent interpersonal communication, and the ability to excel both independently and within a collaborative team.
* Administrative Prerequisites:
* Must possess a valid COVID-19 booster vaccination certificate.
