Essential Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are not just technically proficient, but also eager to learn and grow within our multidisciplinary team. To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in Electronics Engineering (Weak Current).
* Technical Expertise: Strong fundamental knowledge in Arduino programming and the practical operation of microcontroller modules.
* Reading Schematics: Proficiency in interpreting and working with basic to intermediate electronic circuit schematics.
* Professional Attitude: A disciplined approach to work with a high degree of precision, commitment, and a proactive mindset toward learning.
* Teamwork: Excellent communication skills and the ability to contribute effectively within a collaborative group setting.
* Experience: While fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply, those with 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing or electronic assembly will be viewed as a competitive advantage.

1. Hardware Assembly: Executing the assembly, installation, and seamless integration of electronic components, with a specialized focus on Arduino-based systems.

3. Production Optimization: Actively supporting daily workshop operations to ensure that all output meets strict quality standards while maintaining production efficiency.
4. Operational Maintenance: Overseeing the care of specialized tools and equipment while ensuring an adequate supply of electronic components in the production area.
5. Technical Documentation: Maintaining accurate records, technical reports, and documentation regarding the assembly and repair processes of our devices.
