1. Retail Trainer
We are looking for an experienced educator to elevate our retail team’s performance.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (D3/S1) in any relevant field.
* Experience: At least 1–2 years of experience as a Trainer or Instructor, preferably in automotive, electric bicycle, or mobile retail sectors.
* Core Competencies: Expertise in developing training modules covering sales, product knowledge, service standards, and SOPs.
* Skill Set: Proven ability to conduct both classroom and field-based training, evaluate performance via pre/post-tests, and perform post-training analysis to drive continuous improvement.
2. General Affair (GA)
The General Affair department is the backbone of our operational efficiency. We are seeking a detail-oriented administrator to manage our day-to-day facilities and documentation.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (D3/S1) in Administration, Accounting, Management, Taxation, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in General Affair operations.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing corporate administration and operational support, specifically handling electric vehicle licensing and the issuance of STNK documentation.
* Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication skills for liaising with external government agencies, and holding a valid SIM A/C driving license is a significant advantage.
3. Retail Performance & Operations Supervisor
We need a strategic leader to oversee our retail operations and ensure that our store performance meets our high standards of excellence.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or related fields.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in Retail Operations, Area Supervision, or Store Development.
* Leadership Qualities: Must possess strong public speaking, analytical thinking, and complex problem-solving abilities.
* Operations Management: Capability to manage cross-functional teams, operational budgets, and time effectively.
* Travel: Candidates must be willing to conduct out-of-town business travel. Prior experience in the electric bike or automotive retail industry is highly preferred.
