This position guarantees that vendor transactions are handled with absolute accuracy and processed strictly on schedule. * Digital & Physical Archiving: Scan and store all invoices and corresponding documents within the cloud-based Google Drive AP filing system, while methodically organizing physical copies in designated AP folders.
* Payment Execution: Prepare verified invoices for seamless payment processing, guaranteeing total accuracy and completeness before disbursement.
* Voucher Generation: Draft CPV forms for authorized payments and route them for final executive signatures.
* Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate closely with fellow accounting and finance team members to assist with broader departmental initiatives as required.
