1. Management Trainee (MT)
Openings are available across several critical departments:
* MT Warehouse
* MT Production
* MT Maintenance
* MT Utility
* Bachelor’s (S1) or Diploma (D3) degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering.
* Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of manufacturing experience.
* Strong organizational background and proactive learning attitude.
2. Maintenance and Production Operators
We are inviting technical professionals to support our core operations.
* Bachelor’s (S1) or Diploma (D3) degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering.
* Fresh graduates or those with 2 years of manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.
* Specific experience in maintenance is required for Maintenance Operator roles.
* Demonstrated problem-solving skills and leadership initiative.
3. Supervisor Maintenance
This role requires a seasoned professional capable of overseeing high-level maintenance strategies.
* Bachelor’s (S1) or Diploma (D3) degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Industrial Engineering.
* Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor in a manufacturing setting.
* Deep expertise in Autonomous and Preventive Maintenance protocols.
* Comprehensive understanding of textile production machinery.
* Proven track record in leadership and technical analysis.
4. Supervisor General Affair (GA)
We are seeking an expert in corporate operations and compliance to manage our general affairs.
* Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Law or Human Resource Management.
* Over 5 years of experience as a Supervisor in the manufacturing sector.
* Proficiency in managing corporate permits, including OSS, Proper, and various regulatory licenses.
* Strong knowledge of Industrial Relations.
* Certification in ISO 9001:2015 and AK3U is highly preferred.
