As the Business Development / Sales Manager, you will serve as the face of Esin Group in Indonesia. This pivotal role requires an individual who can bridge the gap between our international expertise and local business requirements. You will be responsible for driving growth, advising high-net-worth clients, and ensuring our expansion into the Indonesian market is a resounding success.
Core Responsibilities
* Client Advisory: Guide foreign clients through the complexities of establishing a PT PMA (foreign-owned company), securing business visas, and navigating office leasing requirements.
* Revenue Growth: Proactively identify new business opportunities, targeting international corporations, family offices, and investors to expand our market share.
* Operational Launch: Lead the setup of our Jakarta branch, ensuring all logistics, infrastructure, and operational workflows are optimized for a seamless launch.
* Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate long-term relationships with local vendors, key stakeholders, and partners to ensure cost-efficiency and operational excellence.
* Collaboration: Coordinate with our Singapore and China teams to maintain alignment on service delivery and client strategies.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Mandatory: Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) to support our Chinese-speaking clientele.
* Professional proficiency in English for cross-border communication.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, consultancy, or client advisory roles within the corporate services sector.
* Strong understanding of Indonesian regulatory environments, including PT PMA incorporation and immigration protocols.
## Accounting and Tax Manager
The Accounting and Tax Manager will oversee the financial integrity of our client portfolios and our internal Bali-based operations. This role is essential for ensuring that all foreign-owned entities we manage remain fully compliant with Indonesian fiscal laws while maintaining international reporting standards.
Core Responsibilities
* Financial Compliance: Manage comprehensive accounting and tax duties for PT PMA clients, including monthly bookkeeping, tax filings, and investor reporting.
* Standardization: Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across the firm.
* Team Leadership: Lead staff recruitment, onboarding, and training to build a highly skilled local accounting team.
* Banking Liaisons: Assist clients with bank account opening processes and manage ongoing communications with financial institutions.
* Reporting: Collaborate closely with the Singapore headquarters to provide accurate financial reports and updates on regional performance.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
* At least 2 years of professional experience in tax compliance, auditing, or accounting.
* Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian tax law and financial reporting standards.
* Proficiency in English is essential; Mandarin fluency is highly desirable and considered a significant asset.
