We are currently expanding our dynamic team in Jakarta and actively seeking talented, driven professionals to fill two key roles: Tender Administration and Management Representative.
## 1. Tender Administration
As a Tender Administration specialist, you will serve as a vital link between our business development goals and project execution. You will manage the entire bidding lifecycle, ensuring that our proposals meet the highest standards of accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, manage, and compile comprehensive tender documents in strict accordance with project specifications.
* Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments to gather required technical and commercial data.
* Ensure all bid submissions are delivered accurately and on schedule according to established protocols.
* Monitor tender progress and conduct proactive follow-ups on submission statuses.
* Maintain an organized database of active tenders and historical project information.
* Assist with tender evaluations and compile detailed summary reports for management.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
* At least 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in tender administration, preferably within the heavy fabrication, construction, or oil and gas industries.
* Solid understanding of bidding workflows, tender documentation, and contractual terms.
* High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a proven capacity to thrive under tight deadlines.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.

* Manage and monitor the ongoing execution of ISO standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001).
* Act as the primary liaison between executive management and external certification bodies or auditors.
* Draft, control, and evaluate comprehensive management system documentation.
* Conduct thorough internal audits and oversee corrective action tracking.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
* Ensure company-wide compliance with quality assurance, occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Candidate Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.
* Minimum of 2 years of professional experience operating as a Management Representative, QHSE officer, or ISO system specialist.
* Deep working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
* Superior technical documentation writing and verbal communication skills.
* Demonstrated expertise in conducting internal audits and managing external audit processes.
* Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
