## Job Role: Production Operator
As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role on the front lines of our manufacturing operations, ensuring that our processing facilities run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational Execution: Follow direct instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) provided by the Production Supervisor.
* Quality Control: Conduct routine sample collection and perform necessary laboratory testing to monitor processing quality.
* Equipment Maintenance: Maintain production machinery proactively to guarantee optimal operational conditions and minimize downtime.
* Standard Compliance: Ensure that all finished goods strictly adhere to the company's rigorous quality benchmarks.
Candidate Requirements
To thrive in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
* Work Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a similar production or manufacturing role.
