## Available Positions and Qualifications
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to fill the following roles. Please review the requirements carefully to see where your skills align best with our operations.
Shipyard Operations (Batam, Riau Islands)
* Operator Gantry Crane: Requires at least one year of shipyard experience, a valid SIO/Certificate, and expertise in lifting, launching, docking, and undocking processes.
* Helper Gantry Crane: Seeking candidates with a minimum of one year of shipyard experience, a valid SIO/Certificate, and a solid understanding of lifting operations.
* Operator Crane: Open to experienced Head Crane operators proficient in material handling for machinery units; valid SIO/Certificate is mandatory.
* QC Hull & Outfitting: Requires a Diploma (D3) in Naval Architecture/Marine Systems, at least two years of relevant experience, and NDT/WI/WE certifications.
* QC Piping & Mechanic: Candidates should hold a D3 in Naval Architecture/Marine Systems, possess two years of experience in shipyard piping, and hold valid NDT/WI/WE certifications.
* SPV Hull & Outfitting: Seeking a seasoned supervisor with at least three years of shipyard experience in hull and outfitting, capable of managing project schedules and coordinating with class societies.
Technical and Administrative Support
* Technical Support (Jakarta): Applicants must hold a D3 in Naval Architecture/Marine Systems and be proficient in managing warranty claims, onboard inspections, and failure analysis.
* Safety Officer (Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan): Requires a D3 in Occupational Health and Safety (K3) or Engineering, three years of experience, and a mandatory AK3 Umum certification.
* Warehouseman (Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan): Open to SMA/SMK/D3 graduates with at least one year of warehouse experience, SAP proficiency, and valid SIO for Forklift/Crane/Truck operation.
## Key Operational Standards
For all positions, maintaining a clean, safe, and productive work environment is a top priority.
