## Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will manage the lifecycle of product compliance, ensuring that all submissions are accurate and timely. Your daily duties will include:
* Document Preparation: Compiling comprehensive registration dossiers for new product launches, renewals, and necessary label or formula variations.
* Regulatory Submission: Managing the official submission process to BPOM, ensuring full compliance with current regulatory frameworks and guidelines.
* Documentation Management: Maintaining a systematic, organized, and secure digital and physical archive of all registered product documents for easy retrieval and auditing.
## Professional Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in regulatory affairs within the beauty and personal care sector. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Experience: A minimum of one year of hands-on experience in registration roles specifically within the cosmetic industry.
* BPOM Proficiency: Demonstrated success and familiarity in navigating the BPOM registration process and regulatory requirements.
* Location: Candidates residing in the Tangerang area are highly preferred.
* Added Advantage: A solid understanding of Halal certification protocols and processes will be considered a significant plus.
