1. Purchasing Admin Staff
As a Purchasing Admin Staff member, you will play a vital role in managing procurement processes, maintaining vendor relations, and ensuring financial accuracy within our supply chain operations.
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) Degree in Accounting or Finance.
* Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience working in a purchasing role.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced command of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and proficiency with standard accounting software.
* Personal Attributes: High level of honesty, discipline, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong sense of responsibility.
* Preferred Qualifications: Ability to communicate fluently in Hokkien.
