## Program Overview: What You Will Experience
Both the Commercial and Technical Graduate Trainee tracks are designed to provide a 360-degree view of our business operations. Over the course of 24 months, participants will rotate through key departments, including Research & Technology (R&T), Marketing, and Sales.
Core Responsibilities
* Rotational Learning: Deep dive into internal workflows while focusing on R&T application processes.
* Mentorship: Acquire specialized knowledge in the chemistry and technology of Personal Care and Cosmetics products from regional industry experts.
* Market Insight: Develop a profound understanding of the cosmetic ingredient landscape, competitive dynamics, and evolving consumer trends.
* Technical Contribution: Bridge the gap between technical data and business-relevant applications.
* Project Collaboration: Work within cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and deliver tangible results.
* Support & Documentation: Maintain detailed project records and assist with technical support for both internal and external stakeholders.
* Brand Promotion: Assist in the creation of promotional materials, seminars, and exhibitions to strengthen our market presence.
## Ideal Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this fast-paced, innovation-driven environment, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Academic Background: Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, or a relevant scientific field.
* Academic Excellence: A minimum GPA of 3.20 (Bachelor’s) or 3.50 (Master’s) on a 4.00 scale.
* Commitment: Must be available for a full-time, 24-month training program.
* Technical Interest: A genuine passion for Research and Development and a willingness to work within a professional laboratory setting.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving abilities, self-leadership, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse team environment.
* Proficiency: Fluency in English and Indonesian, complemented by advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.
* Competitive Edge: Prior experience or exposure to the Personal Care and Cosmetics industry will be considered a significant advantage.
