## Position Overview: Production Operator
As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role on the factory floor, ensuring that our high-standard coating products are efficiently prepared, packaged, and ready for distribution. Your daily contributions will directly impact our operational excellence and supply chain reliability.
Key Responsibilities
To excel in this role, you will be expected to manage several core manufacturing duties efficiently:
* Filling and Packaging Operations: Execute the product filling and packaging processes with precision and speed.
* Equipment and Station Preparation: Properly set up and maintain production pumps, storage tanks, and labeling systems prior to operation.
* Quality and Quantity Verification: Accurately tally production output while ensuring strict compliance with formulation card (FC) standards regarding both product quality and net quantity.
* Safety Compliance: Maintain a rigorous focus on workplace safety protocols and foster a collaborative environment within the production team.
Candidate Requirements
We are looking for candidates who possess the right educational background, technical aptitude, and personal drive to succeed in a fast-paced manufacturing environment:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA or SMK) with a major in Science (IPA) or Technical/Engineering fields.
* Geographical Preference: Candidates residing in the Bekasi area are strongly preferred.
* Experience Level: Open to enthusiastic Fresh Graduates; however, candidates with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a production or manufacturing setting will be given priority.
* Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability to work cohesively and communicate effectively within a diverse team.
* Core Competencies:
* Familiarity and ability to operate a hand pallet truck.
* Practical experience in operating automated or semi-automated packing machinery.
