## Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our internal culture and performance standards. Your core duties will include:
* Performance Management Oversight: Monitoring and managing the performance appraisal processes for both the News and Programming Directorates.
* KPI Development: Collaborating with Department Heads to define, implement, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that align with corporate objectives.
* Organizational Integration: Working cross-functionally with various departments to embed organizational development initiatives into daily operations.
* Structural Optimization: Developing and refining the organizational structure to ensure it remains agile and aligned with the company’s long-term goals.
* Employee Programming: Partnering with leadership to design and execute impactful employee development programs that foster engagement and professional growth.
## Required Qualifications
We are looking for a professional who combines strategic thinking with a passion for human capital development. Applicants should meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field from a reputable institution.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a dedicated Learning & Development or Training Specialist capacity.
* Technical Expertise: Proven ability to conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and design comprehensive, end-to-end learning modules.
* Foundational Knowledge: A solid understanding of corporate culture, organizational behavior, and leadership development principles.
* Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for the creation of training materials and professional data reporting.
* Analytical Skills: A data-driven mindset capable of interpreting learning metrics and transforming them into actionable organizational insights.
* Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with strong facilitation skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
