## Job Role: Production Operator
As a vital member of the manufacturing floor, the Production Operator ensures that all daily targets are met efficiently while strictly adhering to safety and quality guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
* Machinery Operation: Operate production machinery safely and efficiently in accordance with established work instructions.
* Maintenance & Upkeep: Perform routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment and maintain an organized, clean workspace.
* Sanitation Management: Conduct regular cleaning and sanitization of the production area and tools.
* Compliance: Implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), the 5S methodology, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times.
* Quality Control: Take full responsibility for monitoring and maintaining the high quality of handled products.
* Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and weekly production targets set by management.
* Reporting: Provide accurate daily work reports directly to the Production Team Leader.
