## Job Position Available: Production Operator
PT Champion Precision Parts Indonesia is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to fill the role of Production Operator. This position plays a vital part in maintaining the high manufacturing standards that the company is known for globally.
Key Candidate Qualifications
To ensure a seamless fit into the fast-paced manufacturing environment, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male candidates only.
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) or diploma (D3) degree, preferably majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
* Experience Level: Open to both enthusiastic fresh graduates and experienced candidates with a background in manufacturing.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
* Preferred Competencies: Familiarity with precision measuring instruments—such as vernier calipers and micrometers—is a strong advantage.
* Methodology Awareness: A solid understanding of or genuine interest in implementing Kaizen (continuous improvement) principles to boost quality and operational efficiency.
* Soft Skills: High levels of integrity, thoroughness, discipline, proactiveness, organization, and clear communication skills.
* Availability: Willing and able to work in a rotating shift system.
Core Responsibilities
As a Production Operator, your daily tasks will revolve around maintaining quality control, safety, and efficiency on the factory floor. Your main duties will include:
* Interpreting technical drawings accurately to guide the manufacturing workflow.
* Executing production processes strictly according to company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
