Placement: Nationwide (Indonesia)
* Water Treatment & Engineering Staff: Requires foundational knowledge in water treatment, utility management, and system maintenance.
* Civil & Project Hatchery Staff: Demands a firm grasp of civil construction principles alongside technical drawing comprehension.
Fish Breeding Supervisor: Focuses on broodstock research and development. (Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Fisheries with at least 3 years of relevant experience).*
* Biofeed / Algae Staff: Involves rigorous laboratory analysis and advanced algae culturing techniques.
* Mechanical & Electrical Hatchery Staff: Focuses on troubleshooting electrical and mechanical frameworks.
* MNPD Hatchery Division Staff: Centers on shrimp breeding operations and foundational hatchery procedures.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) in Fisheries, Biology, Microbiology, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related fields (except for the Fish Breeding Supervisor role).
* Willingness to adapt to flexible working hours.
* Both fresh graduates and candidates with 1 year of professional experience are welcome to apply (Fish Breeding Supervisor requires a minimum of 3 years).
* Strong interpersonal skills, effective coordination, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
2. Manufacturing Division
Placement: Sidoarjo, Surabaya, Kendal, Cikampek, Medan, and Lampung
* Mechanical Supervisor: Mastery of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) is essential; AutoCAD proficiency is an advantage.
* Warehouse Supervisor: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required, while experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is preferred.
* Maintenance Planner: Expertise in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Preventive Maintenance (PM) modules.
* Electrical Supervisor: Deep understanding of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).
* QC Supervisor: Thorough comprehension of modern quality control methodologies.
* Production Supervisor: Ability to calculate production yield and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) backed by robust leadership capabilities.
Production Operator: Welding proficiency is strongly preferred for this role. (Requirement: High School/Vocational diploma).*

4. Support Division
Placement: South Jakarta and Lumajang
* SAP SCM Specialist (SD, MM, PM): Proven background as an SAP SCM consultant or hands-on implementation experience across relevant modules.
* Odoo Developer: Demonstrated professional experience in Odoo development.
* Finance & Accounting Staff:
Finance Track:* Expertise in cash flow management, AR/AP, banking relations, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
Accounting Track:* Proficiency in general accounting, cost accounting, transaction recording, journal entries, and corporate tax compliance.
* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any major.
* At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar capacity.

5. Sales Division
Placement: Nationwide (Indonesia)
* Area Sales Supervisor (Food): Extensive background in General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), HORECA sectors, and frozen food distribution.
