* Production Sewing Operators: 30 positions available.

## Candidate Qualifications
To ensure our continued success, we are looking for candidates who demonstrate reliability and a strong work ethic. Applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum Junior High School (SMP) diploma.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; however, candidates with prior manufacturing experience will be prioritized.
* Technical Skills: For Sewing Operators, proficiency in operating J1, J2, and computerized sewing machines is required.
* Personal Attributes: Must be honest, meticulous, and hold a high sense of responsibility.
* Work Ethic: Capable of meeting production targets and maintaining quality standards.
