Position: Warehouse Foreman (Placement: Medan)
The Warehouse Foreman plays a critical role in our logistics chain, ensuring that our inventory management processes run efficiently and accurately.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Management.
* Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in warehousing, with a strong preference for backgrounds in manufacturing or FMCG sectors.
* Operational Skills: Comprehensive understanding of inventory receiving, storage, and outbound distribution, including strict adherence to FIFO/FEFO protocols and stock-taking procedures.
* Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel; hands-on experience with ERP or WMS systems is considered a significant advantage.
* Operational Standards: In-depth knowledge of 5S methodologies, Workplace Health and Safety (K3) standards, and a willingness to work in shift patterns.
* Soft Skills: Proven leadership, excellent communication, strong team coordination, and sharp problem-solving capabilities. Candidates must demonstrate high levels of discipline, accuracy, and responsibility.
