We are currently looking for motivated and talented professionals to join our operations in Cikarang, Bekasi.
1. Production Staff – Japanese Speaker (Code: MACO)
This role is essential for maintaining the operational efficiency of our production division.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Manage, organize, and archive documentation produced by the production team.
* Support both internal and external compliance audits.
* Oversee document retention schedules and execute proper destruction of outdated files.
* Provide essential translation services (Japanese-Indonesian and English-Indonesian).
* Qualifications:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N3 certification or higher).
* Strong familiarity with documentation control and administrative processes.
* Excellent communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
2. Quality Staff – P1 & P3 (Code: QA-P3)
We are seeking detail-oriented quality professionals to ensure our products meet the highest international standards.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct precise dimensional inspections using specialized measurement tools.
* Perform routine in-process and final product verifications to ensure customer requirements are met.
* Analyze and maintain quality data to support trend analysis and continuous improvement.
* Execute NG (Not Good) verification and collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Quality-related role within the manufacturing sector.
* Technical proficiency with measurement instruments, including calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and height gauges.
