## The Supervisor Development Program (SVDP)
The Supervisor Development Program is a fast-track initiative tailored to equip technical professionals with the essential leadership and operational skills required to run large-scale production environments.
Key Responsibilities
As an SVDP participant, you will step directly into an active operational role, taking charge of key manufacturing processes. Your primary duties will include:
* Production Oversight: Controlling and monitoring shift-specific production outputs to ensure all target quotas are met in strict alignment with scheduled planning.
* Continuous Improvement: Identifying operational bottlenecks, analyzing defect trends, reducing material waste, and implementing root-cause solutions during your shift.
* Safety & Workplace Standards: Spearheading the implementation of workplace safety protocols and driving 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) methodologies across the production floor.
## Candidate Qualifications
We are seeking disciplined, analytical, and highly motivated technical graduates who are ready to take on real operational responsibility.
Educational Background & Experience
* Hold at least an Associate Degree (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering.
* Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply and begin their professional journey with us.
* Prior experience of at least two years in a manufacturing or production environment will be highly prioritized.
Core Competencies & Personal Attributes
* Strong interpersonal communication and natural leadership potential.
* Full readiness to work in rotating shifts and schedule-based roll-offs.
* Currently residing in or fully willing to be relocated to Tangerang, Banten.
