1. Quality Control (QC) Operator
The Quality Control team plays a vital role in ensuring that every tile meets the company's rigorous standards before reaching the market.
* Male candidates with a minimum education of High School (SMA/K) or equivalent.
* Prior experience in Quality Control, specifically regarding incoming materials, is highly preferred.
* Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to operate specialized measuring and testing instruments.
* Flexibility to work in a shift-based environment.
* Execute systematic material sampling and inspection.
* Generate accurate reports detailing inspection outcomes.
* Ensure all incoming materials strictly adhere to internal quality benchmarks.
2. Procurement Supervisor
The Procurement Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the efficiency of the production supply chain by managing essential mechanical and electrical components.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
* 1–2 years of relevant experience in procurement, with a focus on industrial spare parts.
* In-depth understanding of industrial automation machinery.
* Proven negotiation skills to manage vendor relationships effectively.
* Proficiency in English is considered a significant advantage.
* Oversee the procurement of spare parts and Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) supplies.
* Monitor team workflows and performance.
* Manage vendor selection, evaluation, and relationship development.

3. Landscape (Taman) Supervisor

* Provide direct supervision and coordination for the landscaping team.
* Compile and submit regular progress reports regarding site maintenance.
