1. R&D Administrator
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for collaborative success? As an R&D Administrator, you will be the backbone of our Research and Development operations, ensuring that internal processes flow seamlessly.
* Managing and administering contractor relationships.
* Overseeing personnel-related documentation and administrative tasks.
* Maintaining precise internal records to support research initiatives.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Office Administration, Management, Agribusiness, or a related field.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an advanced command of Excel.

2. Nursery Supervisor Maintenance

* Supervising shoot harvesting and cutting activities.
* Monitoring fertilization, irrigation, and replanting schedules for optimal plant growth.
* Executing weeding, pesticide application, and routine maintenance tasks.
* Tracking plant health and providing detailed progress reports to the Nursery Coordinator.
* Supporting overall production targets and executing ad-hoc assignments as required.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agroecotechnology, or related fields.
* At least one year of professional experience in nursery operations.
* Thorough understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) regarding stool plant maintenance.
* Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
* Must be willing to be stationed in Jambi (Remote Area).
