As our new Accounting Staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health and operational integrity of our business. Key Responsibilities and Duties
In this role, you will manage daily financial transactions, reconcile inventory, and assist management in making data-driven decisions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Journal Management: Creating, updating, and maintaining highly accurate purchase and sales journals.
* Inventory & Cash Audits: Performing regular, systematic physical inventory counts (stock opnames) and cash reconciliations (cash opnames).
* Financial Reporting: Preparing, analyzing, and presenting comprehensive monthly financial statements accurately and on schedule.
* Transaction Verification: Thoroughly reviewing and auditing all ledger entries and transactional documents to prevent discrepancies.
* Database Management: Organizing and securing the company's digital accounting database to ensure data integrity and accessibility.

Candidate Qualifications and Skills
