## 1. Industrial Relation Senior Specialist
As an Industrial Relation Senior Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining harmonious workplace relations, managing legal matters, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations across our operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and resolve both litigation and non-litigation legal matters effectively.
* Foster positive union and employee relations to maintain a productive work environment.
* Draft comprehensive legal opinions and legal standings.
* Prepare, draft, and review Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
* Handle external relations with government authorities, including the Manpower Office (Disnaker) and Industrial Relations Court (PHI).
General Qualifications
* Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law.
* Demonstrate professional fluency in English, both written and oral.
* Bring a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as an Industrial Relation Staff member within a manufacturing environment.
* Possession of an advocate certificate is strongly preferred.
* Willingness to be based at our Plant in Gempol, Pasuruan Regency, East Java.
Required Competencies
* In-depth knowledge of litigation and non-litigation processes.
* Strong capability in drafting legal opinions, legal standings, and MoUs.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
## 2. QA Internal Audit Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Internal Audit Specialist to uphold our stringent quality assurance standards and guarantee product safety compliance throughout our production cycles.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and schedule annual internal audits alongside risk assessments.
* Compile and summarize internal audit results on monthly and quarterly bases.
* Coordinate with relevant departments to address and resolve internal audit findings.
* Execute internal audits rigorously to enforce strict product safety policies.
* Assist in preparations for pre-external audit inspections.
General Qualifications
* Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Technology, Fisheries, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline.
* Possess professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
* Bring at least 2 years of proven experience in QA internal auditing within the manufacturing sector.
* Willingness to be stationed at our Plant in Pandaan, Pasuruan Regency, East Java.
Required Competencies
* Comprehensive understanding of internal audit frameworks based on ISO 19001:2015 standards.
* Familiarity with BRC, HACCP, and Critical Control Point (CCP) protocols.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
