1. Branch Manager
We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee our branch operations and drive organizational growth.
* Key Qualifications:
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
* Strong leadership and managerial capabilities.
* Results-oriented mindset with a focus on hitting targets.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Availability for full-time employment.
* Willingness to be stationed in Denpasar, Tangerang, or Bintaro.
2. Operational Staff (Office Assistant)
This role is vital for maintaining the efficiency and professional standards of our facilities.
* Key Qualifications:
* Minimum High School diploma (SMA/equivalent).
* High level of accuracy, discipline, and personal responsibility.
* Proven ability to work effectively within a team.
* Effective communication skills.
* Full-time availability.
* Willingness to be stationed in Denpasar, Tangerang, or Bintaro.
Requirement:* Must reside in the provided company dormitory (mess).
3. Physical Fitness Coach (Part-Time)
We are seeking a dedicated fitness professional to help our students meet the rigorous physical requirements of military and service academy entrance exams.
* Responsibilities:
* Supervising and training students in specialized physical education programs.
* Developing structured exercise plans and tracking performance milestones.
* Monitoring individual student progress and preparing periodic assessments.
* Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Physical Education (PJKR) or a related field.
* Prior experience in training candidates for military/police academies is highly preferred.
* Thorough understanding of the physical selection criteria for AKPOL, AKMIL, and government service schools.
* Maximum age of 30 years.
* Demonstrable energy, discipline, and communication prowess.
* Schedule:
* Monday – Friday: 06:00 – 08:00 WIB and 16:00 – 18:00 WIB.
* Saturday: Tentative (as needed).
