## Management Trainee (MT) – Plantation: Role Requirements
The Management Trainee program is designed to develop aspiring agricultural experts into capable field leaders. To qualify for this intensive development path, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Plantation Management, or a closely related field.
* Professional Experience: Previous hands-on experience working as a Plantation Foreman (Mandor) is required.
* Availability: Applicants must be ready to join the organization immediately upon selection.
* Mobility: Candidates must be fully prepared and willing to be stationed in Nabire, Central Papua.
