1. Field Production – Corn/Sweet Corn
This role is ideal for those who thrive in an outdoor environment and are dedicated to agricultural development.
* Requirements: Male, Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
* Key Attributes: Must possess a strong passion for field-based work.
* Placement: Must be willing to be stationed across East Java or Central Java.
* Selection Process: Candidates must be available for an in-person, offline recruitment process in Pare, Kediri.
2. Field Inspector – Corn/Sweet Corn
As a Field Inspector, you will ensure the quality and standard of our corn production cycles meet our high industry benchmarks.
* Requirements: Male, Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy.
* Key Attributes: Strong interest in field operations and quality control.
* Placement: Willing to travel and be based across East Java or Central Java.
* Selection Process: Must be available for an offline selection process in Pare, Kediri.
3. Production Administration – Corn
This position focuses on the logistical and administrative support required to keep our production lines efficient and organized.
* Requirements: Male, Bachelor’s degree in Management, Agriculture, or Administrative Science (FIA) with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
* Placement: Must be willing to be stationed in Pare, Kediri.
* Selection Process: Must be available for an offline selection process in Pare, Kediri.
4. Field Production – Vegetables
Focusing on our vegetable seed division, this role plays a critical part in cultivating superior crop varieties.
* Requirements: Male, Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
* Key Attributes: Proactive approach and a willingness to work extensively in the field.
* Placement: Must be willing to be stationed throughout the East Java region.
